We like to think about our restaurant as the passage from the famous French novel by Marcel Proust In search of lost time, Swann’s way, where the protagonist soaks a Madeleine cake in a cup of tea (as he used to do on Sunday mornings when he was a child) and suddenly is taken back to his childhood and rediscovers all the time spent as a child.
